VARTC coffee program focuses mainly on the maintenance of coffee varieties collection established on the station and on the harvest and the transformation of coffee beans for sale.
Arabica and Robusta coffee varieties are then maintained at VARTC.
Three types of coffee are processed at VARTC
- Coffee 100% arabica
- Coffee Tradition composed of 60% arabica and 40% robusta
- Coffee Corsé composed of 30% arabica and 70% robusta
Coffee is roasted, processed and packed at VARTC. As coffee is roasted, it can be exported and especially introduced in New-Caledonia, Australia and New-Zealand.
Coffee is available in beans or grounded.
Different packaging available: reclosable bags of 125g, 250g, 500g and 1kg.
